In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all paid orders, please remark your expected pick up date when placing order, and present your confirmation email upon collection.
If you have not collected your order within 14 working days starting from your order date, the product(s) will be confiscated and subsequent request for refund will not be considered.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery via SF Express (Freight Collect)
Orders will be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days.
International Delivery
Shipping Regions
We ship to: Hong Kong, Mainland China,Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States,Canada, and Australia.

Estimated Delivery Time
All estimated delivery times are forreference only. Actual delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures,severe weather, peak logistics periods, or other special circumstances. HKAC OnlineStore is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics company.

For parcels weighing over 5kg, we willcontact customers to settle any additional shipping charges based on the actualcost.
