Book Description:
The first volume Searching For Views in Hong Kong were named ‘Searching For Views In Hong Kong’ instead of ‘Searching For Views In Hong Kong Comics’ (literal translation in Chinese). However, Cheung found that the title ‘Hong Kong’ is too prestigious and therefore he changed to a title that matches his role as a comics artist.
Cheung decided to use the Chinese title ‘Searching For Views In Hong Kong’ again in the third volume of Searching For Views in Hong Kong as these four Chinese characters are full of stories and sentiments. He hopes to depict more memories, classics and features that belong to us. Some day no matter where we are, we can together reminisce about the most beautiful ‘Home Kong’ we are most proud of.
Stroke by stroke, preserving familiar Hong Kong.

Artist bio:
Kwan-ho Cheung is a freelancer creator. Years ago, he established multimedia publishing house Fireflyhk and released Searching For Views In Hong Kong Vol. 1 and 2. Both works are well-received, and the brand ‘Searching For Views’ has collaborated with multiple local entrepreneurs.
In 2021, he co-published Firefly with two partners and invited 19 artists to participate in the production. In 2022, he launched Searching For Views In Hong Kong on a theme of Hong Kong memories, hoping to achieve his dream step by step.
